Why the performance dates matter

Ranges end at the latest confirmed trade rather than pretending stale data is live.

A trailing source window

The short performance ranges use the latest confirmed trade date and work backwards. The displayed source date tells you when that historical window ends.

A stale-data warning means the stored source has aged past the configured threshold. It does not prove the strategy has stopped trading or that the database is unavailable.
