Who operates this website
CopyTradingHQ is operated by Gary Bennett.
Calculators and registration
Calculator amounts are processed for your illustration and are not sent as analytics event properties. CopyTradingHQ does not collect your broker credentials, identity documents or trading deposits. Registration links open CopyX; information you submit there is handled by that provider under its own policies.
Optional analytics
When configured, Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics. We send page paths and semantic interactions, such as opening a guide or completing an illustration. We exclude entered investment amounts, full query strings and referral tokens. Google may process technical information such as IP addresses as part of receiving requests. Analytics is currently disabled unless a measurement ID is configured.
First-party preferences and attribution
Your analytics choice can be stored in this browser. With permission, campaign identifiers and a referral-click record are kept in session storage until the browsing session ends. Declining or withdrawing permission clears those attribution records. We do not append them to the approved CopyX destination.
Contact enquiries
When enabled, our contact form collects your name, email address and message so Gary Bennett can respond to your enquiry. Resend delivers the message to info@copytradinghq.com, with the mailbox hosted by AEServer. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse. These services process the information needed to provide those functions. Please do not submit passwords, trading account numbers or identity documents. Contact details are not sent to Google Analytics or used to subscribe you to marketing. Newsletter subscription is not active.
Hosting and error monitoring
Hosting services process requests to deliver the website. When error monitoring is enabled, the application sends a limited technical error report to Sentry. Our error-report filter removes message content, user details, request data and browsing breadcrumbs. Production service settings and enquiry retention periods are being confirmed before launch.
